Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

  • Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Please check the individual product page for specific return eligibility.

  • The standard return window is 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • An open-box video is mandatory to initiate any return or refund request. This video must clearly show the unboxing from a sealed package to prove the condition and content of the product.

  • Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

    • Size issue

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Product quality issue

    • Product is different from the one shown on the website

  • The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.

  • If return pick-up is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.

  • Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Important Notes for Return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items without original tags will not be accepted.

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return/exchange requests raised after the 5-day return window will not be accepted.

  • Incomplete, damaged, or used products returned without proper justification will not be eligible for a refund.
